Annette Stapleton-Seaforth’s life and career have been shaped by her personal commitment to the development of Trinidad and Tobago. This allegiance started in July 1984, which to date has seen her dedicate almost thirty-three years of continuous work in service of the twin-island nation.
A participant of the World Economic Forum in Washington DC in 2015, Mrs. Seaforth is the holder of an MSc. in Project Management and a BSc. in Sociology and Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. She also recently completed a course of study on Integrated Urban Transport and Town Planning at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Mrs. Seaforth is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Port of Spain City Corporation which is her country’s capital and an important financial services centre and key shipping hub in the Caribbean. She is a Certified Public Administrator and Guidance Counsellor, and a nationally recognised Business Strategist and Indigenous Advocate for empowering people to build sustained economies.
