A successful litigator of 40 years, William Berger now focuses his efforts on the growth of Greenspoon Marder, helping to triple the size of the full-service business law firm over 10 years. Berger is an accomplished businessman and attorney, and with his concierge-style approach to client service, he has become a trusted advisor. Berger is managing shareholder in Palm Beach County and co-chair of the litigation group. He has represented banks, corporations, real estate developers, and individuals. He is a founding member of Paradise Bank of Broward and Palm Beach counties. Berger lends his expertise to numerous community, charitable, and business/economic development groups. Most notably, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County; was appointed by Gov. Charlie Crist to the Board of Trustees of Palm Beach State College where he is presently Chairman and as Commissioner to the Judicial Nominating Commission Fourth District Court of Appeals. In 2010, President Obama awarded Berger the President’s Call to Service Award for extensive service to the community.
